WHNZ supports single property enquiries as readily as organisations that need additional survey or technical delivery capacity. The route is the same in both cases: we scope the requirement, quote it, allocate the specialist and manage the deliverable.
The customer contracts with Warm Homes Net Zero Ltd. We manage the enquiry, scoping, quotation, specialist allocation, scheduling, communication, delivery and the resulting report or design. You deal with WHNZ throughout rather than sourcing and managing individual specialists yourself.
Specialists are selected as appropriately competent for the technical requirement in question. Where a requirement falls outside what we can currently support, we say so at the outset.

Each requirement is scoped individually and quoted before work starts.
Yes. Technical surveys, assessments and design support can be purchased on their own. There is no requirement to proceed to an installation with WHNZ afterwards.
Yes. We provide technical survey and design support for Solar PV and battery storage projects, including roof, orientation, shading and electrical arrangement considerations, whether or not the installation is being delivered by WHNZ.
Yes. We coordinate property assessment and technical design support for proposed air source heat pump systems, including standalone survey and design work where installation is not yet required.
Internal camera inspection is used where it is appropriate for the property and the question being answered, to help establish cavity condition and suitability. The method is confirmed as part of the scope and quotation.
Yes. Work can be provided for an individual property, a batch of properties or a wider delivery programme, depending on scope and available capacity. We confirm what we can genuinely support before committing.
Our base is Sunderland and coverage is strongest across the North East of England. Wider coverage is available where the requirement and specialist availability allow, and we confirm coverage for each enquiry.
